4. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided by Renovation Restoration are based on an initial assessment of the property and available information at the time. Final costs may vary depending on the actual scope of damage discovered during the restoration process. Any changes to the original scope of work will be communicated to the client and require written approval before proceeding.
5. Insurance Claims
Renovation Restoration may assist clients in navigating the insurance claims process. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcome from insurance negotiations. It is the client's responsibility to communicate with their insurance provider and ensure adequate coverage. Renovation Restoration shall not be held liable for any denied or partial insurance claims.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement signed prior to commencement of work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- Progress payments may be required at key milestones.
- Final payment is due upon completion of the project.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as outlined in the service agreement. Renovation Restoration reserves the right to pause or discontinue work in the event of non-payment.
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the smooth delivery of our services, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the property and the nature of the damage.
- Grant safe and timely access to the property during agreed working hours.
- Inform Renovation Restoration of any known hazards present on the property.
- Obtain any necessary permits or approvals required for the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Warranties and Guarantees
Renovation Restoration stands behind the quality of its workmanship. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be detailed in your service agreement. Warranties cover defects in workmanship and do not extend to damage caused by subsequent events, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Materials and products installed may carry separate manufacturer warranties, which will be passed on to the client where applicable.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Renovation Restoration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
